Baseball and Softball practices will start the weekend of May 20th and 21st

Atchison Recreation Commission offers something for everyone.

We offer a variety of programs for all ages. From football to the father daughter dance, we offer many different programs. We provide baseball and softball programs for both youngsters and adults. We even offer summer volleyball and basketball leagues for boys and girls in middle school and high school.

Baseball & Softball

America’s favorite pastime for boys and girls! We have multiple leagues that play during the Summer

Basketball

Youth basketball for boys and girls, mens basketball and a summer league for boys and girls.

Soccer

Boys and Girls are welcome to our soccer program. We run both an indoor and an outdoor soccer league twice a year during the Spring and Fall.

Football

Tackle football for kids in grades 3-6. Teams play in the NEKAA football league.

Volleyball

We have three different leagues for volleyball; Summer, Fall and Co-Rec. Our Co-Rec program runs in both Spring and Fall.

Roller Skating

Open to all ages. Our program runs from November until March.

From Summer Sports Camps and Easter Egg Hunts to the Father / Daughter dance – there’s always something happening!

For those working on their health and fitness we open the Memorial Hall gym for walking on weekday mornings. Stop by, say hello, and get a few laps in.
